27 years practicing as a transactional and litigation attorney, much of which includes debtors and creditors in all aspects of workouts and bankruptcy cases.  Successfully reorganized multiple companies under chapter 11 and defended rights of secured creditors, landlords, general trade creditors and individual with claims against companies in bankruptcy.  I also work on non-bankruptcy transactions primarily involving the buying and selling of retail cell phone stores, along with other contract needs of clients including international cricket team and cafe franchise agreements, hospitality/catering facilities agreements, and distribution agreements.  Recently elected as a trustee on the Glen Cove School District Board of Education.
