My background spans professional services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and growing organizations. I have partnered closely with business owners and executive teams on organizational strategy, employee relations, leadership development, compliance, talent management, and building the HR infrastructure needed to support growth and change.

I founded YvonneFair HR Partners to provide small and mid sized businesses with experienced HR leadership and strategic support without the need for a full time CHRO. My approach is practical and business focused, helping leaders identify gaps, solve people challenges, strengthen their organizations, and create positive outcomes for both the business and its employees.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and am SHRM SCP certified, with additional specialization in the integration of AI and human intelligence in the workplace.
